The Trust endeavours to give a free information pack to all parents within forty eight hours of their arrival in the NICU. The pack contains a copy of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Neonatal Unit, which is a handy "all you need to know" book providing parents with the information they need to help them get through their time in the NICU.

Written by Trust Volunteers, this book offers parents practical, first hand advice based on experience. Along with the guide, the pack contains a free gift to acknowledge the arrival of your baby.
